Water Treatment Solutions
Filtration systems filters clarify water by removing sediment, turbidity, iron, unpleasant tastes and odors, suspended particles, and unwanted color, all of which are commonly found in surface water. They can be used in a variety of service conditions including, but not limited to: industrial, municipal, and institutional application.
Lead water tech provides extensive filtration systems including Multimedia filtration, activated carbon filter and ultrafiltration unit
2. Desalination Plants
Water desalination processes separate dissolved salts and other minerals from water. Feedwater sources may include brackish, seawater, wells, surface (rivers and streams), wastewater, and industrial feed and process waters. Membrane separation requires driving forces including pressure (applied and vapor), electric potential, and concentration to overcome natural osmotic pressures and effectively force water through membrane processes.
Our standard Brackish and Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Systems are available with capacities ranging from 3,000 GPD to 300,000 GPD as standard system. Our engineers and water specialists are capable of manufacturing custom designed Reverse Osmosis systems to fit our customer’s water application needs.
3. De-mineralization System
Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. Demineralized water is water completely free (or almost) of dissolved minerals as a result of one of the following processes:
- Distillation
- Deionization
- Membrane filtration (reverse osmosis or Nano filtration)
- Electrolysis
- Or other technologies.
Demineralized water also known as Deionized water, water that has had its mineral ions removed. Mineral ions such as cations of sodium, calcium, iron, copper, etc. and anions such as chloride, sulphate, nitrate, etc. are common ions present in water. The progress converts all salts of calcium, magnesium, sodium, and other metal cations to their corresponding acids with cation exchange resin (s), then removes these acids with the appropriate anion exchange resin (s). The demineralization operation can be a sequential cation-anion process (single beds or layered beds) or an intimate mixture of cation and anion.
4. Electro chlorination
The processes involved in electro chlorination are actually rather simple. The main idea involved is the electrolysis of water to produce a chlorinated solution. No chemicals other than ordinary salt, or sodium chloride (NaCl), are used throughout the entirety of the process
Lead Water tech supplies the electro chlorination units which produce onsite sodium hypochlorite generation system for drinking water disinfection as well as metering pump for delivering the sodium hypochlorite solution to the point of application, the analyzers for measuring the chlorine residuals in the treated water, and the automatic control system to maintain the desired disinfectant residual. Sodium hypochlorite generator are either Skid based or modular for adopting every circumstance application with clients’ requirement
